What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Leader of Plant Support position at BorgWarner Automotive Components (Ningbo) Co., Ltd.?
As located closely to Ningbo plant cross functional teams, able to work closely with all cross functional teams effectively. To lead the engineering team located in Ningbo to guarantee the flawless launch of new projects of products (Chain and VCT), to solve problem of products in production, to initiate cost reduction VAVE ideas and deliver the results. Always keeping close junctions with CTC engineering group to guarantee the engineering disciplines in place properly. When necessary, will directly be responsible for NBO acquisition together with Sales in the Strategy of OneTeam. Always keeping flexibility to support the growth of business, the growth of profitability, the growth of resilience in engineering works.
Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities

- Proficient in Products (Chain and VCT) system and component status information, able to independently work with technical documents
- Master the engine development process and Chain and/or VCT technical key points, can independently complete Chain and/or VCT system parts supplier technical communication, sample manufacturing, 2D/3D data analysis and other work
- Master Chain and/or VCT test projects, able to cooperate with the test department to complete the engine level, system level DVPR verification support, approval and other work
- Familiar with Chain and/or VCT industry mainstream technology implementation. Ability to carry out technical feasibility analysis of newly developed models
- Master the method of potential failure mode analysis, and be able to propose preventive measures and detection means for potential failure analysis in DFMEA
- Proficient in quality problem analysis methods including 8D, red-X, etc., familiar with engine design and development process, able to analyze and solve quality problems of simple products
- Proficient in CAD、Pro/e、UG software

Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese
- More than 10 years in the chain or VCT products
