Supplier Quality Technician

Key Accountabilities

• Participate into the new supplier development and approval with SDE
• Responsible for supplier PPAP developing, control and approval; PPAP documentation management in Remy global system
• Manage and archive supplier PPAP files according to the requirement
• Define and Implement supplier yearly audit plan, including annual full dimension checking and performance test, ensure the finding be closed on time
• Track supplier performance, prepare monthly supplier performance result and communicate to supplier
• Identify the risk supplier and pilot the workshop with supplier for performance improvement
• Define supplier inspection standard & agreement
• Issue and manage supplier SCAR in Remy global SCAR system and ensure the close of SCAR
• Participate into the quality activity that related the supplier for the mass production, such as QRQC, workshop etc.
