Senior Electrical Engineer

Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

Design and develop electronic circuits for battery management system (BMS) for on- and off-highway vehicle, and energy storage system (ESS) applications
Layout of the printed circuit board with software Altium Designer
Ensure products meet all customers and internal electrical requirements, create hardware requirements according to system requirements and HSI(hardware software interface).
Support HV components selection.
Find root cause and corrective action to any electrical design related issues
Apply engineering CAD/CAE tools to perform design analysis and evaluation
Commissioning of the initial sample board, verify and validate designs on bench and in vehicle as necessary
Support system level validation
Follow engineering design process and product release procedures
Participate in new product development with others as a team player

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Bachelor or above degree in electrical, electronic, Automation, Automotive engineering
• At least 3 years work experience of electrical design, automotive electrical module design experience preferred. 
• Electrical design experience on BMS product will be a plus.
• Working knowledge of and/or skill in one or more of the following areas:
  • High current/ High voltage electrical system design
  • Experience of the micro-controller system design
  • Analog and digital circuit
  • PCB layout knowledge and low emission layout experience
  • CAD design and CAE analysis tool application
• Comprehensive technical English reading/writing and verbal communication skills
• With task and work planning skill
• With positive people interface attitude
• PC application skill
