This position will adhere to Global Star Safety Program, including safety rules, practices, and training as outlined in the BorgWarner Safety Policy Manual.
The Assembly Operator will work in manners that stress the importance of preventing accidents and illnesses.
The successful candidate should be able to take every precaution reasonable in the given circumstance for the protection of themselves and coworkers.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and operation of production equipment
- Reporting deviations or quality defects
- Ensuring compliance with production parameters
- Maintenance and cleaning of equipment, work area, and facility based on 5s standards
- General support within the production processes
The ideal candidate should have experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive, and possess strong attention to detail and consistency.
