- Structural design of motor controller and output related documents (DFMEA, WI and BOM, etc.);
- Responsible for detailed component design of motor controller (Insert molding busbar, die castings) and evaluate the feasibility of the design with plant and supplier (Process, assembly, electrical clearance, etc);
- Dimensional chain analysis and tolerance calculation of each component, assist thermal, fluid and strength analysis, and optimize component based on simulation results;
- Problem analysis and solving of controller products in processing, assembly and testing;
- Other temporary work arrangements;
