Validation Engineer

This role will be responsible for the development, execution, and data analysis of validation plans to test electric motors and subsequent systems. This person will work closely with cross-functional teams and various customers to understand the product and ensure it meets/exceeds customer performance and durability requirements.
负责开发、执行和验证计划的数据分析，负责测试电驱动系统和总成。负责与跨职能团队和不同的客户密切合作，负责了解产品并确保其满足/超过客户的性能和耐用性要求。
Responsibilities:

1， Work with product engineering team, Responsible for Validation plan for eMotor project.
与产品工程团队合作，负责eMotor项目的验证计划。
2，Lead the Validation readiness and risk assessment before testing
主导测试前的验证准备和风险
3，Responsible Validation timing plan and track timely, share report weekly
负责验证时间计划并及时跟踪，每周分享报告
4， Identify required equipment resources to support product testing.
识别支持产品测试所需的设备资源。
5，Develop software and hardware requirements for new technology required to test future products.
开发测试未来产品所需的新技术的软硬件要求。
6，Analyze test data to ensure testing was executed properly, meets acceptance criteria, and learnings are communicated to the product engineering team.
分析测试数据，确保测试正确执行，符合验收标准，并将测试结果传达给产品工程团队。。
Job requirements:
任职要求:
1， Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering;
电气工程专业本科及以上学历;
2，At least 5 years’ experience in automotive validation engineering
至少5年汽车行业测试经验
3，Basic knowledge and experience in IPM or induction motor control
具备IPM或感应电机控制方面的基本知识和经验
4，Familiar with data processing and/or analysis tools - MATLAB, Diadem, Excel VBA, etc
熟悉数据处理和/或分析工具- MATLAB, Diadem, Excel VBA等
5，Experience in integrating, troubleshooting and commissioning inverters, controlling or rotating motors (electric motors) is preferred
有集成，故障排除和调试逆变器，控制或旋转电机(电动机)经验者优先考虑
6，Statistical analysis or strong analysis experience is preferred
具备统计分析或较强分析经验者优先
7，Strong written and oral communication skills in English
较强的英语书面和口头沟通能力
8，Must have the awareness of information security protection.
