Responsibilities
- Advise on compliance with corporate law, securities rules, and regulations, including SEC regulations; monitoring changes to the same.
- Responsible for overseeing, preparing, and drafting key public filings, including the company's annual proxy; 8-K, and Form 4s.
- Collaborate with various cross-functions, including finance, investor relations, and external advisors to ensure compliance with applicable securities law and accurate and timely disclosure of financial and non-financial information.
- Researching corporate and securities law matters and corporate governance best practices as needed.
