What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Legal Advisor position at BorgWarner?
This Senior Legal Advisor will assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures. They will review/revise sections of 10-K and 10-Q, manage Section 16 filings, and advise/train on policies and procedures.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission in good standing to a State Bar of any jurisdiction in the United States.
- At least 4 years of substantive legal experience in securities, corporate governance, and other public company matters.
