Are you a customer-focused professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service? Boring Business Systems is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our Managed Print Services (MPS) and Sales team!

As a Delivery Driver, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the supplies they need while maintaining strong relationships with them. This role involves delivering sales orders, collecting recycled supplies, maintaining on-site inventory, and assisting with printer-related tasks. What You’ll Do:

• Deliver sales orders and pick up recycled supplies to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Operate company vehicles (Van and Box Truck) safely and responsibly.
• Gather manual meter readings for printers/copiers that don’t automatically report.
• Clean printer exteriors and report any issues to the service team.
• Maintain toner supply levels at customer locations and restock on-site closets.
• Collect and recycle empty toner cartridges, ensuring customers have proper collection boxes.
• Assist with warehouse tasks, including unloading and organizing inventory.
• Provide outstanding customer service by being proactive, professional, and reliable.

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Requirements:

• 2 years of customer service experience (preferred).
• 1 years of delivery driving experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
