A residential program in Vermont that treats adults and young adults with mental health and substance use issues.
The facility is located 35 minutes from Burlington in a hilly and mountainous town in the Green Mountain range featuring open land, wetlands, and waterways.
Position : Psychiatrist
Hours : 20-30 hours a week. The current Psychiatrist is retiring. The facility is open to primarily telehealth coverage if the Psychiatrist is willing to go on-site monthly or quarterly. Housing at the facility is available for on-site visits.
Patient Census : 32 census, not all patients are being seen for Psychiatric treatment.
Responsibilities : Initial psychiatric evaluations and follow-ups. The Psychiatrist will work with APRN and therapists on staff who are also working with patients in their recovery journey.
Dates Needed : April 2025 - ongoing
Case Load / PPD : 32 census. PPD will depend on provider's availability and how many patients need to see a Psychiatrist.
