We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) Wound Care to join our team at Boro Park Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all open wounds in the facility, including cleaning and dressing. You will also complete admission paperwork, provide advice and support to residents and their families, and monitor residents while administering medication and treatments. Additionally, you will document resident care services by charting in resident and department records, protect residents and staff by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, and resolve resident problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Current NYS State RN License
- Long-Term Care Experience Preferred
- Must be wound and ostomy certified
- Solid computer skills; working knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly and a team worker
