The Borough of Birdsboro seeks a full-time Administrative Assistant to assist in the day-to-day operation of the borough office and to provide administrative support to the Secretary/Treasurer and Borough Manager. Responsibilities
- Front desk duties
- Coordinate zoning/code enforcement services
- All facets of public communications
- Provide accounting and utility billing support
- Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Qualifications
In addition to the ability to manage multiple priorities and proficiency in Word, Excel, and basic office practices, the successful candidate will have experience in one or more of the following:
- local government administration,
- zoning/code enforcement,
- utility billing, and/or
- WordPress website platform
