FULL TIME - 40 HOURS PER WEEK WEEKENDS / OVERTIME - This is skilled mechanical work. The Utilities Mechanic/Operator uses considerable independent judgment and initiative to monitor, maintain, and repair Utility's Department equipment and machinery as well as mechanical features associated with the buildings and grounds. The occupant of this position works with minimal supervision and has limited contact with the general public and considerable interaction with contractors, businesses, and regulatory agencies.
