Salary : Starting at $17.83 per hour
Job Duties
1. Perform a variety of laboring duties, involving the maintenance of Borough Park facilities, operation of mowing machines, repair work and all other duties to properly maintain park facilities.
2.Perform maintenance work such as removal and installation of fence; cleaning tennis courts; fertilizing, properly maintaining / mowing the lawn, trees and flower beds; removal of leaves; and use of other equipment necessary to maintain Borough parks.
3. Lock restrooms at night, open and lock toilets on holidays and weekends (during warm weather).
4.During winter and other off periods or seasons, work with other maintenance groups performing general labor duties.
5.Detect and report any unusual conditions or defective equipment to proper supervisor.
6.Perform other related duties as assigned or directed within the scope of responsibility.
