To achieve this, the Loan Partner will work cohesively with Borrowers, Processors, Underwriters, and Third Parties to ensure timely closings while providing an exceptional application-to-close experience.
This position requires effective time management, precise verbal and written communication skills, and a working knowledge of major investors' guidelines. The analysis of cash, credit, and income is vital for this role.
Main Requirements:
