IT Manager - Full Time Omaha, NE

Borsheims is looking for a full-time IT Manager to join our team. At Borsheims, we take pride in providing our Signature Service to every customer, and you will play a vital role in helping us do that.

We are looking for a technical, detail-oriented leader to help us deliver Borsheims' omnichannel Signature Service by ensuring that Borsheims is on the leading edge of information technology. Qualified Candidates Should Have

• 2-4 years leadership management experience.
• Four-year degree in an IT-related field
• Must have experience with ERP Systems including Point of Sale, Procurement, Logistics, Inventory Management, Order Management, and Financial Management.
• Must have experience with implementing & managing communication platforms including VOIP.
• Must have experience with implementation & management of Fortinet network technologies including routers, firewall, switches, and wireless access points.
• Must have implementation and management experience working with Microsoft technologies including Azure, Office 365, Microsoft Security and Windows.
• Must have experience with Development, Implementation and Management of Cybersecurity best practices.
• Must have experience with Project Management & managing multiple complex projects.
• Experience of applicable security best practices and requirements (e.g., PCI, SOX, HIPPA, etc.)
• Experience with Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Planning.
• Experience with best practices surrounding change and release management, testing, operational documentation.
• Must have problem-solving skills.
• Must have communication and documentation skills.
• Must have experience with organizing, prioritizing, and handling multiple tasks.
  
  

You Will

• Develop, implement, manage, and support all IT Systems, including servers, networks, desktops, printers, software, and telecommunications.
• Manage IT staff by overseeing training, one-on-one coaching, and providing ongoing feedback, including conducting performance reviews.
• Review, analyze, test, recommend, and implement new enterprise-level software applications and hardware equipment in all areas of Borsheims.
• Initiate, supervise, and perform enhancements, installations, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance of IT systems to have a secure and optimal uptime for business operations, including responding to off-hours outages.
• Conceive, implement, and monitor information systems policies, procedures, and controls to ensure data integrity, security, and legal and regulatory compliance.
• Consult with executive management to analyze IT and business systems needs for information and functional operations to determine the scope and priorities of projects.
• Develop and implement short-term and long-term technology planning.
• Create and manage hardware and software purchases, budgets, and staffing.
• Negotiate and contract with consultants, technical personnel, and vendors for services and products.
• Provide support and training to end users and other IT team members.
• Assist team in diagnosing and solving all IT-related requests.
