What You’ll Do:
Be the bridge between customers and our technicians—clearly communicating concerns, service needs, and repair recommendations.Provide accurate, detailed estimates and invoices with confidence and transparency.Schedule service appointments and keep the workflow moving efficiently.Order and manage parts while ensuring the best balance of availability, price, and quality.Maintain a high level of professionalism when handling customer concerns and complaints.Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.Work alongside a high-performing team to keep our shop productive and profitable.Encourage online reviews from satisfied customers to build our reputation.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience – Previous experience as an Automotive Service Manager, Service Advisor, Service Writer, or similar role.
Knowledge – Automotive background and technical understanding are a huge plus.
Customer Focus – Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and care.
Detail-Oriented – Organized, efficient, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Tech-Savvy – Experience with shop management software is a plus.
