Responsibilities- Perform landscape installations, including planting, mulching, and good knoledge on Plant ID.
- Assist in the maintenance of gardens and residential properties.
- Maintain equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and provide recommendations.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
- Previous experience in horticulture or landscaping is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of plants, trees, and landscape materials.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
