Job Description:
We are on the lookout for a Landscape Garden & Maintenance Associate to help us with the upkeep and enhancement of gardens, lawns, and other outdoor areas. In this role, you will be out in the field, directly contributing to the beautification of our clients' properties.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of gardening tasks, including planting, pruning, mulching, and weeding
- Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
- Work collaboratively with team members on various projects to achieve timely completion
- Provide updates to supervisors about project status and any issues encountered
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance is preferred
- Willingness to work outdoors in different weather conditions
- Physical ability to handle manual labor and lift heavy items
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful landscapes
- Reliable transportation to get to and from job sites
- A valid driver’s license is an advantage
