We are currently seeking a qualified Bookkeeper to join our Accounting team at our corporate headquarters in Mechanicsburg, PA. This position is offered as a contract role for a duration of 3 to 6 months, with the potential for extension. We welcome applications from both full-time and part-time candidates, with a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week. Please note that this is an on-site position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review vendor statements as part of accounts payable.
- Conduct daily bank reconciliations.
- Perform credit card reconciliations.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor payments and billings.
- Manage project-based collections.
- Generate un-invoiced receipt reports.
- Conduct accounts receivable research.
Experience and Education Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with Infor products is a plus.
