Warehouse Associate (Part-time)

Bortek Industries is are looking for a part-time Warehouse Associate to join our amazing team. In this position you will participate in general warehouse operations such as loading and unloading trucks, putting stock away and picking orders.

Part-time hours:

• 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday - Friday
• Other schedule options may be available upon request

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Report any discrepancies
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Safely operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations

Skills

• Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required
• Good organizational and time management skills are essential
• Ability to lift up to between 50 - 75lbs.
• Forklift experience a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Reliability is essential
