We are seeking a full-time File Clerk to join our Fresno office to provide general clerical assistance, heavy filing and backup to the receptionist. As a File Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining organized and efficient filing systems to support our legal professionals in delivering exceptional services to our clients.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a File Clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer literacy with knowledge of office software applications.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members.
Duties:
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems accurately.
- Ensure all documents are labeled, filed, and stored appropriately for easy retrieval.
- Assist in sorting and categorizing incoming documents and correspondence.
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain files as needed.
- Support attorneys and staff in locating and retrieving requested files promptly.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Provide support for other positions in the office including back up for the receptionist.
