Responsibilities:
· Prepare and serve a variety of craft cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages according to Bosa Skies’ standards.
· Provide exceptional customer service while engaging with guests and making recommendations.
· Ensure accuracy in drink preparation, portion control, and adherence to recipes.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking and inventory management.
· Monitor guest alcohol consumption and adhere to all responsible service guidelines.
· Work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
· Collaborate with servers and barbacks to ensure seamless service.
Requirements:
· 1 years of bartending experience, preferably in a high-volume setting.
· Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
· Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
· TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol Certification (or willingness to obtain before the start date).
· Weekend, holiday, and evening availability.
