Responsibilities:
· Clear and reset tables efficiently while maintaining cleanliness.
· Support servers by refilling water, bringing extra utensils, and assisting with guest requests.
· Ensure the rooftop area remains tidy, including floors, service stations, and seating areas.
· Assist in setting up and breaking down the rooftop space before and after shifts.
· Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while working in a high-energy setting.
Requirements:
· Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred but not required.
· Ability to lift and carry trays, glasses, and other items.
· Strong work ethic and team-player mentality.
· Weekend, holiday, and evening availability.
