Description
BOSA Coastal Italian is seeking a Bartender.
BOSA Coastal Italian is a restaurant concept inspired by the coastal fishing town of the same namesake, on the island of Sardinia in Italy. This first floor waterfront restaurant features creative cuisine with the freshest local ingredients, focusing on seafood, but paying homage to owner / restaurateur Sal Lupoli by featuring his signature pizza. Classic and modern cocktails draw inspiration from Italy, along with a substantial wine and craft beer menu.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including classic cocktails and signature drinks.
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide a memorable and positive guest experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Handle cash and payments accurately.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.
