Job Description
The Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy through scheduled and unscheduled cycle counts and audits. This role involves investigating and analyzing discrepancies, identifying root causes, and making necessary system adjustments. The Cycle Counter will also operate equipment to access inventory, maintain accurate records, and support overall warehouse operations.
Essential Job Functions:
- Perform planned and unplanned cycle counts (C/C) and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Investigate and analyze inventory discrepancies, determining root causes.
- Process necessary inventory movements and adjustments in WMS/SAP.
- Document findings and prepare investigation reports (I.T.’s).
- Accurately enter data into Excel spreadsheets and maintain inventory records.
- Operate a Man-Up, Cherry Picker, Forklift, and Turret Truck to conduct cycle counts in all 511E areas.
- Utilize RF units for scanning and tracking inventory movements.
- Assist with other inventory-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED Required
- Experience operating Man-Up, Cherry Picker, Forklift, and Turret Truck
- Ability to complete daily tasks accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis
- Prior experience in inventory management or cycle counting preferred
- Familiarity with RF units and WMS/SAP systems
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment and work at elevated heights
- Ability to lift up to [insert weight requirement] lbs. as needed
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Work Environment:
- Warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures
- Requires working at heights using warehouse equipment
- Fast-paced setting requiring attention to detail and accuracy

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $60,000 to $72,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
