What are the responsibilities and job description for the AI Research Scientist GenAI position at Bosch Group?
Qualifications : Basic Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science or Engineering or a related discipline or masters degree with 3 years industry experience (GenAI and / or foundation model related) after graduation.
- 2 years of research experience or equivalent graduate research experience on foundation models including training finetuning and prompting.
- Indepth experiences in deep learning with work in at least two of the following areas : AI agent RAG multimodal transformers multimodal language models diffusion models autonomous driving timeseries data analysis.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used in systems research (e.g. Python C) and hands on experience with AI / NLP / CV libraries.
- Publication record in top venues including ACL EMNLP CVPR ICCV ECCV ICRA IROS RSS NeurIPS AAAI and CoRL.
- Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork capabilities.
- Strong background in math and statistics
- 3 years experiences in industrial research
- Handson experience in product development in the abovementioned areas for consumer / enterprise markets.
- Experience in leading R&D project & team dealing with international customers.
- Leadership skills with excellent English communication & teamwork skills.

The U.S. base salary range for this fulltime position is $165000 $180000. Within the range individual pay is determined based on several factors including but not limited to work experience and job knowledge complexity of the role job location etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
