What are the responsibilities and job description for the BPS Implementer PA2 - 1st shift position at Bosch Group?
Increase maturity of BPS in LctP through observation and evaluation of the current state of manufacturing, logistics, and indirect systems and processes and design and implementation of future state.
Implement robust systems to bring plant to benchmark level.
Implement solutions and best practices plant wide, partnering with associates across all functions and levels.
Requirements:
Knowledge
- Basic knowledge around standardized work and 5S (utilization)
- Basic knowledge around cycle timing and process confirmation
- Basic knowledge in office-applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Good understanding of the value stream processes and the impact they have on each other
Experience
- Experience in Manufacturing Environment
- Experience with Continuous Improvement
- Experience working in a fast pace dynamic environment
Qualifications
Energy and enthusiasm for Continuous Improvement- Aiming to identify an improvement potential and implement the idea in a structured way.
- Must be documentation- and process-driven
- Ability to work cross-functionally; seamlessly with both BPS and operational/shop floor/manufacturing workers
- Strong Interpersonal Capabilities (Collaborating and working well together with others, clear communication skills, empathy for others, socializing skills)
