Job Description
As HR Intern, you will support a highly dynamic North American regional corporate HR team in the functional areas of Talent Acquisition, Onboarding and Employer Brand Marketing. You will be involved in a variety of strategic projects and have operational responsibilities to support our efforts in positioning Bosch as an employer of choice! As an intern on this team, you will closely partner with the Talent Acquisition team, and may have the ability to participate in offsite events as a representative of Bosch. You will work on projects to enhance our recruitment marketing activities, candidate journey, and onboarding experience.
This is a hybrid role, with ~ two onsite days in our Farmington Hills, MI office, to allow for close collaboration and relationship building across the HR community at Bosch.
“What are a few of the activities I can expect as an HR intern?”
Review and refresh job advertisement content
Internal Attraction Projects – referral process, onboarding experience, etc.
Support development of trainings for Recruiters and Hiring Managers (Talent Acquisition and Onboarding) and assist with content production activities (Employer Brand)
Participate in early talent campus engagement events
Maintain and report on Bosch’s employer brand presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed pages
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related area.
Junior or senior level standing.
3.0 GPA minimum.
You are well organized and able to prioritize responsibilities.
Must be able to work at least 24-32 hours per week with flexibility based on your class schedule.
Be onsite in Farmington Hills, MI for regular working sessions and meetings (2 days/week).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) required.
Preferred Qualifications:

Self-starter and disciplined to perform work independently.
Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Creative mindset; able to bring new ideas and challenge status quo.
Knowledge in data analytics and trend analysis a plus.
Experience working with LinkedIn, Indeed, Google Analytics, Glassdoor, Brazen, Handshake, Synthesia.
