What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Associate AT2 Facility position at Bosch Group?
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to :
- Ensure and communicate site safety rules in compliance with corporate directives.
- Lead shift startup meetings to share safety topics goals and key updates.
- Report equipment or conveyor issues to Maintenance promptly.
- Escalate operational issues to management as needed.
- Act as Lead Warehouse Associate in their absence.
- Update KPIs on Pentagon I : Drive and Area CIP boards regularly.
- Develop update and revise departmental work instructions and procedures.
- Apply Lean tools to address process deviations or identify improvement opportunities.
- Oversee 6S audits and perform process confirmations for assigned areas.
- Monitor performance coach associates and provide feedback.
- Address poor performance policy violations and tardiness.
- Train new associates on QMatrix processes and maintain qualification records.

Salary Range :
The U.S. base hourly wage for this fulltime position is $xxxx . Within the range individual pay is determined based on several factors including but not limited to work experience and job knowledge complexity of the role job location etc.
