Job Description
We're seeking a highly motivated Motorsport Technical Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll drive the success of three major North American motorsport accounts. You'll lead a talented team of application and software development engineers across two locations, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead a High-Performing Team: Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of application and software development engineers, ensuring their professional growth and development.
- Build Strong Customer Relationships: Cultivate and maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for Bosch Motorsport solutions.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Continuously improve application and software development processes, ensuring the highest quality standards and timely delivery of solutions.
- Drive Account Growth: Manage and expand three key North American motorsport accounts, exceeding revenue and profitability targets.
What You'll Bring
- 3 years of proven track record of success in a customer-facing role within the Motorsports industry.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Business or Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred).
- 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience in managing and developing engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of the motorsport landscape, including key players, technologies, and trends.
