About the positions :
Operator : Operating the manufacturing equipment, assembling and inspecting products, and adhering and Bosch's established policies and procedures.
Production Technician I : Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to meet safety and product quality targets according to Bosch standards and procedures
Production Technician II : Identify trends, analyze equipment and machine problems, perform necessary adjustments, identify root causes, and initiate corrective actions
Tool Maker : Machine components to exact specifications using conventional and CNC machines. Select the appropriate tools and materials, ensuring precision through effective programming and inspection techniques.
Compensation & Benefits :

OPERATOR Q UALIFICATIONS
Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalentMust be at least 18 years or olderMust be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written, with supervision and other personnelFamiliar with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)Must be able to function in a noisy and fast paced environmentDemonstrates self-initiativeAbility to work overtime as neededPRODUCTION TECHNICIAN I QUALIFICATIONS :
High school diploma or GED equivalent requiredMust be 18 years of age or olderAt least 2 years of experience in manufacturing assembly or machiningStrong technical aptitude with a basic understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, print reading, and mechanicsProficiency is Microsoft Word and ExcelEager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentHighly motivated and self-drivenAbility to work overtime as neededPRODUCTION TECHNICIAN II QUALIFICATIONS :
Mechatronics training preferredBackground in electrical / electronics, with experience working with PLCs, drive systems, and related technologiesAt least 2 years of experience in manufacturing assembly or machiningStrong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to supervisors and colleagues, including creating clear technical instructionsAbility to function effectively in a noisy, fast-paced environmentDemonstrates self-initiative and a proactive approach to tasksMechanical proficiency, leadership ability, and teamwork skills are essentialAbility to work overtime as neededTOOL MAKER QUALIFICATIONS :
High school diploma or GED equivalent requiredCompletion of a tool-making apprenticeship or 5 years of toolmaking machining experience requiredJourneyman status is highly desiredAt least 4 years of experience in precision machining, including turning, milling, ID (Internal Diameter), OD (Outer Diameter), and surface grindingCNC programming experience is requiredExpertise in using various measurement tools, including ID, OD, depth micrometers, height gauges, and manual CMM (Coordinate Measurement Machine)Strong understanding of technical prints, including geometric dimensionsWorking knowledge of materials, including tool steels, aluminum, and stainless steelExperience with material heat treating, including temperingAbility to function effectively in a noisy, fast-paced environmentExperience with Wire EDM and conventional EDM is a plusProficiency in computer-aided machining (CAD / CAM) is a plusAbility to work overtime as needed
