Job Description
At the Bosch Kentwood, MI facility, you’ll lead a team at the forefront of precision manufacturing and remanufacturing of diesel fuel systems, supporting critical industries like the rail industry. As a Production Supervisor, you’ll oversee unionized production employees, manage scheduling and inventory, and drive employee training and development. You’ll support lean manufacturing initiatives like 5S and Kanban, while ensuring safety, quality, and operational excellence remain top priorities.
This position is for the 3rd shift (10:30 PM–6:30 AM).
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience supervising hourly production employees in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience with inventory management and production scheduling.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on team leadership and process improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates/Bachelors Degree in Business Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on decision-making and process improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and leadership.
- SAP or similar ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Salary Range:
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000 - $90,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
