A Senior / Staff Facilities Engineer is an individual contributor in a multidisciplinary field of engineering concerned with the physical infrastructure of an industrial facility. Engineers are responsible for the design installation operation maintenance modification construction modernization design and protection of physical facilities and equipment (building power water sewer chemical piping ventilation lighting space utilization furniture etc.) used to produce quality products.
Responsibilities
- Work with vendors to start up and install new equipment at Bosch Roseville.
- Prepare designs layouts drawings and bills of material for major maintenance facility improvements and other projects.
- Modify existing equipment and systems for the purpose of improving efficiency safety reliability capacity and cost effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot problems with facility systems.
- Develop corrective action proposals and recommendations.
- Provide standard operating procedures and specifications governing the operation and maintenance of facility systems and equipment.
- Develop installation packages for the hookup demolition or relocation of production equipment.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal state and local laws regulations statutes and codes; securing all required permits; and coordinating with appropriate local authorities.
- Initiate and implement continuous improvement programs using metrics and reporting systems.
- Train facilities mechanics as needed on systems to improve 24x7 response time.

The U.S. base salary range for this fulltime position is $80000 $160000. Within the range individual pay is determined based on several factors including but not limited to work experience and job knowledge complexity of the role job location etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
