As a Production Technician, you will identify trends, conduct periodic analyses of equipment and machine issues, make necessary adjustments to manufacturing equipment, diagnose root causes, and implement corrective actions.
This role collaborates closely with Operators, Operations Technicians, Production Supervisors, Manufacturing Engineers, and Leadership to ensure optimal equipment performance and operational efficiency.

- Facilitate collaboration between operations and engineering to optimize processes
- Manage spare parts inventory, enhance preventative maintenance strategies, and maintain updated process parameters
- Identify and implement best practices by standardizing knowledge and available data
- Ensure compliance with plant safety and environmental policies while maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Utilize key plant systems such as SAP, MES, OPCON, Promaster, and Tableau for efficient operations
- Leverage international production networks and Bosch resources as needed
- Diagnose and resolve equipment-related electrical issues to ensure operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in electrical/electronics, including hands-on experience with PLCs, drive systems, and related technologies
- 2 years of experience in manufacturing assembly or machining.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to supervisors and colleagues, including writing precise technical instructions
- Ability to thrive in a noisy, fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to tasks
- Essential skills: Mechanical proficiency, leadership, and teamwork.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed, including weekends
- Mechatronics training - preferred
