HR Service is the main point of contact for our associates across the US and Canada. We are available to help our customers navigate the sometimes complex world of HR topics like Compensation, Benefits, Training & Development, HR Technical Systems, and Payroll.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our Service Management (SM) and Automation teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our operations, including support for documentation, development and documentation of automations, onboarding, audits, and more. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to take on new challenges.

Key Responsibilities Could Include
- Development and maintenance of Power BI or ESM Dashboards
- Assist development of automations using tools like Power Platform, PagerDuty Workflow Automation, and KNIME
- Support in Continuous Improvement (CIP) activities within HRS
- Triaging or processing tickets in HR topics like Compensation, Benefits, Training & Development, HR Technical Systems, and Payroll
- Team engagement & event support
- Assistance in creating and organizing support/process documentation or marketing/training materials for various projects
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in navigating web based systems and technology platforms, including Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Minimum 2 days in Farmington Hills office.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Major / Discipline: Industrial Engineering, Process/Quality Mgmt, Industrial/Org Psych, Organizational Behavior, Project Mgmt, Human Resources, Business or related
- Class standing (i.e. Freshman): Junior, Senior, Master's
- Experience with Power BI, Canva, event management, branding
- Hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
