Job Description
As a Software Engineering Intern, you will be working with a global team of Software developers, Product Owners and managers to develop the software for a large-scale infotainment project.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Software Engineering team to build innovative solutions while bringing new ideas, technologies, and methodologies to the table
- Support the test engineering team with setup and execution, manage test requests and issue reproduction requests, and assist in data collection and analysis of test failures.
- Assist with defect management in reporting defect status, trends and metrics for stakeholders, and reviewing processes to identify areas for improvement
- Assist in Project management processes and tools (team structure, schedule formats, progress reports, financial reports, presentations, forecasting & tracking tools).
- Exhibit excellent customer service and customer satisfaction capabilities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering (Computer, Software, Automotive, or Electrical)
- At least a sophomore class standing
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Basic PC skills to track project status; strong Microsoft Tools experience (Excel, PPT, Word, and MS Project)
- A minimum 3.0 GPA
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum 25 hours a week
- Must possess relevant experience and/or training in languages such as C, C , C# or Python
- Ability to integrate in an international project team.
