Job Description

  • Meet / exceed monthly and annual sales objectives per assigned territory / accounts.
  • Identify new distribution opportunities and expand distribution within assigned accounts
  • Promote sales of products and maintain forecasts through the proper use of distribution
  • Manage customer complaints; prepare customer returns in accordance with company policy
  • Call on potential users and develop user sales / conversations with distribution
  • Execute merchandising programs as directed in line with country strategy
  • Measure performance of promotional and new product activity with key end users
  • Report to management, sales activities and opportunities and other developments in the territory
  • Region : Greater Los Angeles Area

Qualifications

  • 3 years B2B Sales experience (within construction, building materials and / or power tools industry)
  • Strong negotiating, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with a proven sales track record
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Sales preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel, (SAP experience is preferred)
  • Must reside in the territory for this position (Los Angeles area)

    The base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 to $100,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
