Job Description
The Graduate Specialist Program is a full-time, structured training program designed for recent graduates to gain experience in Industrial Hydraulics. As part of this program, you will work closely with teams across different departments, learn about Bosch Rexroth, and contribute to meaningful projects. The program offers excellent career development opportunities and is designed to accelerate your professional growth into a future leadership or specialist role within the organization.
- Participate in a rotational program, working in various departments such as sales, engineering, manufacturing, product management and marketing. The rotation includes a duration abroad (3-6 months).
- Work on project-based assignments to gain hands-on experience in Industrial Hydraulic Applications.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and mentors for guidance and career development.
- Assist with data analysis, reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance skills and knowledge in your field.
- Contribute to team projects, providing fresh insights and innovative ideas.
- Build professional relationships and networks within the organization.
- Receive regular feedback and evaluations to track performance and development.
