Job Description
1. Management of production planning for HDP : scheduling, PPAP, customer audits, releases, SOP & Ramp up coordination
Involvement in Production Meetings ( DMM, Point CIP) to continuously improve and stabilize Production Key Performance Indicators (OEE, Downtime, Output, Cycle Time, Change Over Time, Scrap, FPY, Quality loss, …)
Active Management & Support of Production / Assembly Line
Support and manage customer audits and Line release process
Coordinate Sample production
Drive and Coordinate production improvement projects
Coordinate ‘Process changes‘ & Manage ECR ‘Engineering Changes Requests’ according to the company’s guidelines and Standards
Requisition orders for purchasing or service for method needs
Contact to external machine suppliers, requesting offers for technical solutions to improve line standards
Work according new product release process and evaluate process flow, time, machines, tools and necessary materials for cost analysis for releases of new products.
Coordinate projects in the area in Teamwork, reducing costs, improving quality (0-milage; 0 ppm) and satisfying customers requirements (100% fulfill customer project schedules)
Implement action to prevent occurrence of any nonconformities relating to product, process and quality system through appropriate quality tools and methods
Continuously working according plant safety regulations, environment procedures and regulations including proper use of industrial safety equipment
Plan and follow-up activities to improve productivity, quality and to reduce scrap / failure costs
Implementation / Use of tools & methods in daily work ( Poka-Yoke, Point CIP and ‘PDCA’ process, 8D-Report, Continuous improvement process CIP, Bosch Production system BPS, Kanban, 5S, others)
Support Value Stream Design Targets and work on MAKE scope sub-projects
Support of MFO / MFE Supervisors on demand
3. International Projects : Participation in international project meetings / responsibility for related tasks / subprojects
Drive CT and OEE improvement projects within the International Production Network (IPN) for CC-CN
4. Quality Management & Engineering for HDP Assembly : Systematic Quality Improvement and sustainable Quality Problem Solving
Quality Engineering for HDP Final Assembly by using Bosch Standard Quality Tools
Reviews, analyzes and reports on quality issues related to assembly, process, mechanical, electrical systems
Investigates problems and develops disposition, corrective and preventive actions for recurring discrepancies
Achievement of company quality targets through utilization and implementation of Quality Tools; Techniques
5. MFE Superviser
Responsible for E2 / E3 assembly MFE's career development
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering background or closely related
At least 3 yrs working experience in production engineering fields
Demonstrated decision making and logical thinking.
