Currently seeking CNC Operator to use computer numerically controlled (CNC) machinery safely and accurately. CNC Operators must able to work with great concentration and precision. They must be responsible and comply with all safety guidelines. A keen eye for detail and great mechanical aptitude are essential.
Job Responsibilities:
- Load & teach tooling
- Load jigs, vices, rotary, etc.
- Use edge finder, probe, tool eye
- Operate machine
- Inspect parts in process
- Make basic Offsets
- Use measurement devices and understand metrology and units
- Safely and effectively operate cranes & forklift
- Maintain CNC equipment per maintenance schedule
Skills:
- Use basic precision measuring tools
- Mechanical aptitude and good math skills
- A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach
- Good communication abilities
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
