Bosco’s Automotive is currently seeking a Body Shop Coordinator to join our dedicated team in Enfield, CT. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and body shop experience who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write accurate and timely body shop estimates
- Maintain consistent and professional communication with customers and insurance companies
- Order and bill all necessary parts
- Process repairs and supplements promptly
- Coordinate repair workflow with our mechanical department
- Communicate promised delivery dates and job status updates
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair process
- Experience with estimating software (CCC One preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Team player with a problem-solving mindset
This is a full-time, in-person role with a regular Monday through Friday schedule. Pay is weekly, with additional benefits and compensation details to be discussed during the interview.
