Boscov's Travel is looking to expand its sales team and has a full time opening at our Wilkes-Barre office, located at 15 South Main Street, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702. SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- 2-years’ leisure travel selling experience required
- Air travel booking automation experience-Sabre preferred
- Support travel team with day-to-day administration of travel program
- Makes travel arrangements
- Assist customers with planning and booking travel arrangements
- Manage relationships of key travel vendors
- Create domestic and international travel arrangements for clients to include air, hotel, and ground transportation
RECOMMENDED SKILLS
- Ability to prioritize and multi task
- Customer relationship management
- Excellent organizational & communication skills
- Knowledge of travel, both domestic & international
- Significant personal travel experience a plus
- Strong knowledge of computer reservation system
