THE PROGRAM
We're looking for students to join our Co-Op Program who believe that sound is power. Over the 6-month co-op, you will get the opportunity to apply the skills you learned in the classroom with hands-on work experience. Our Co-Ops will get to network across the business to understand different perspectives at Bose. You'll connect with other Co-Ops and colleagues to grow your network for the future!
Timeframe - Fall Co-op- Must be available July 14- December 20, 2025

THE ROLE
We're looking for an Industrial Design Co-Op to join the Product Design team and contributing to bringing Bose’s innovative products to life.
As An Industrial Design Co-Op, You Will
- Collaborate with Designers, Researchers, Engineers, and Product Managers as you contribute to development programs.
- Ideate through sketch, CAD, and Keyshot renders
- Present design work during design crit to strengthen concept directions and communication skills
- Develop CAD for model making through our Industrial Design model Shop
- Create on-brand presentations that bring concept visions to life
- Deliver a compelling project presentation
- Track and communicate project status
- Manage workload and meeting deadlines
- Partner with ID, CMF, and UX designers on deliverables for products in development
To be successful in this role, you should:
- Have a degree in Industrial Design and a strong interest in consumer electronics.
- Exhibit strong design thinking ability with keen ability to adapt design process to the challenge at hand.
- Be able to quickly and effectively articulate ideas, utilizing visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Excel at form ideation and refinement
- Thrive in an environment that requires adapting to new information throughout the development process.
- Have the ability to work collaboratively on teams with diverse expertise and perspectives.
- BA/BS in Industrial Design (completed or pursuing)
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, CAD (NX or SolidWorks preferred), MS Office
- Ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
- Motivation to produce and improve high-quality deliverables
- Strong attention to detail and organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
