Key Responsibilities:
- Support program managers in planning, tracking, and reporting on key initiatives
- Assist in maintaining project documentation, schedules, and status updates
- Conduct research and data analysis to support decision-making and process improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and ensure alignment
- Identify and propose enhancements to project management processes and tools
- Help track risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely follow-ups
- Prepare presentations and reports for leadership meetings
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project) is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Hands-on experience in project management methodologies and best practices
- Exposure to cross-functional projects and leadership decision-making
- Exposure to engineering (new product development) projects but also to marketing projects such as special events planning, data mining for product sustaining performance, etc..
- Professional development in a corporate environment
- Mentorship from experienced program management professionals
