Boshart Industries is currently looking to hire a Territory Manager covering East Texas and Louisiana. A Territory Manager for Boshart will be responsible for creating long term, and mutually profitable partnerships in the Wholesale channel. They will use in-person, phone, as well as other methods to utilize the BUILD Partnership Process to achieve their Forecasted Sales Goals. They will work with our Inside Sales Team to develop new partnerships and grow existing ones.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospect new business opportunities and manage a Sales Pipeline
- Ensure Time-blocking is used to prioritize high value activities (Prospecting, follow-up)
- Utilize Hubspot (CRM) to track deals and customer interactions
- Develop Region-specific strategies with your District Manager
- Set Sales Targets for your Region
- Work with Inside Sales Team on customer follow-up and communication
- Provide Training to customers
- Work with Inside Sales on customer requests
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate in regular training and skill-improvement processes
- Maintain and enhance the culture and core values of the company
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE
- 3 Years of Sales Experience
- Basic understanding of the Plumbing / Water Well Market
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certified Sales Professional

OFFICE HOURS: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (core hours 8:30am - 4:30pm). Please note that this is a remote position with extensive overnight travel required (approximately 40-50% - depending on location)
