Essential Duties :
Precision of handling delicate hair grafts and implanting grafts into sites on patient's headWork under a microscope to dissect (trim) hair follicles.Work directly with our providers (MD's and PA's) during the extraction of donor hairCommunicate with patients regarding post-op instructions.Setup Surgical RoomsClean, sterilize and store instruments and equipment.Assist in the clean-up of the Surgical Rooms after the surgical procedure90-day training program working side-by-side with a trainerDeliver compassionate support, attention, and assistance to patients and familiesDirectly reports to Office Manager and Clinical SupervisorEnsure compliance with all health care regulations, including HIPAA and OSHAQualifications :
Knowledge of medical terminology and medical offices (preferred but not required).Knowledge of safety and sanitation.Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with patients, team members, providers, and management. Ability to communicate with proper etiquette. Treating patients with sensitivity and respect is essential.Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to patients and remaining flexible to the needs of the business. Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision.We believe recruiting those with strong interpersonal skillsets - this is our top priority.
