Patient Senior Counselor – Aesthetics Sales
Previous 3 years of sales experience with 2 years in aesthetics (Plastic surgery, Dental, Laser Hair Removal and / or Weight Loss).
Hybrid position - 50% Travel
Possible Salary range : $100,000 to $135,000

Qualifications :
- Expected to travel 50% of the time to cover and conduct in-person consultations at other Bosley locations as needed. Work from home 4 to 6 times a month.
- Is a quick study : can immediately build rapport, assess the patient’s needs, and create a sense of urgency to drive action.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills that builds effective working relationships with patients, physicians, and other team members.
- Must be a self-starter, accountable, and highly motivated to hit and exceed targets to reap financial rewards.
- Maintains professionalism and poise constantly, even when working under pressure.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Previous 3-5 yrs. sales experience in plastic surgery, dental, aesthetics, weight loss, and hair replacement is a plus!
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
- Responsible DMV record required.
Compensation package includes $55k to 60k base salary depending on experience , a $6k new hire stipend, overtime, and uncapped bonus potential
Total compensation ranges between $100k-$135k
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
