Responsibilities of the Clinical Supervisor Role
The successful candidate will collaborate with our Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring seamless delivery of nurse care and services to patients. This role requires strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to mentor and train staff members as needed.
- Collaborate with the Office Manager to plan, assign, coordinate, and control nurse care and services for patients
- Serve as a mentor and leader, providing support, guidance, and training as required
- Orient and mentor new staff members
- Evaluate nursing activities to ensure patient care, staff relations, and efficiency of service
Qualifications for the Clinical Supervisor Position
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with:
- 3 years of nursing experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in plastic surgery or a similar specialty (not required)
- Ability to administer and control a secure medication control system
- Strong leadership and supervisory experience in a thriving clinic with high patient volume
