Location: Parkersburg, WV – Covers all three store locations

Job Summary:
Bosley Rental & Supply, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Representative to expand our customer base and drive rental and supply sales across all three store locations. This role involves building strong relationships with contractors, businesses, and individuals while promoting our products and rental services. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, enjoys face-to-face interactions, and has a passion for the construction and equipment rental industry. A company car will be provided for travel within the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, including contractors, construction companies, and industrial clients.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored equipment rental and sales solutions.
- Travel between store locations and customer job sites to conduct sales calls and product demonstrations.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Work closely with store teams to ensure equipment availability and customer satisfaction.
- Provide quotes, process rental agreements, and negotiate pricing when necessary.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and forecasts.
- Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Attend trade and equipment shows when requested.
Qualifications:
- Previous outside sales experience in construction, equipment rental, or industrial supplies preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
- Basic knowledge of construction equipment and tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (company car provided).
- Ability to travel regularly between store locations and customer sites.
